To register and use the 90jili club platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. Second, you must be a natural person, meaning corporate entities and automated bots are not permitted to hold player accounts. Fourth, you must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, account suspension, or ban imposed by 90jili club or any other licensed gaming operator. Finally, you must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any undisclosed third party when creating or operating an account.

Accounts found to be in violation of any eligibility condition — including age misrepresentation — will be immediately suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

As a registered member of 90jili club, you agree to use the platform strictly for lawful recreational gaming purposes and in full compliance with these terms and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations. You must not use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform's servers, systems, or infrastructure, or interfere with any other member's ability to use and enjoy the platform. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the platform, any other user's account, or any computer systems connected to the platform through hacking, password mining, or any other means. The use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate platform functions is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

You further agree not to engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play intended to defraud 90jili club or other members. You must not exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or platform features; if you discover such an issue, you are obligated to report it to the support team immediately rather than taking advantage of it. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known bug or error may be voided at 90jili club's discretion. You must not use the platform to engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity; we are required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Compliance with these obligations is a condition of your continued access to the platform.

Violations of any user obligation outlined in this section may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 90jili club, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other intangible losses. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 90jili club does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure your device and internet connection are suitable and secure for accessing the platform.

90jili club shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, government actions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. In any case where 90jili club is found to be liable despite the above limitations, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation of liability clause does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.

All content on the 90jili club platform — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, trademarks, service marks, game software, graphics, text, images, audio, video, user interface designs, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of 90jili club or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal and recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without the prior written consent of 90jili club.

Any unauthorised use of the platform's intellectual property — including attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of any game or platform component — is a direct violation of these terms and applicable intellectual property law, and may result in both civil and criminal liability. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved by 90jili club.

90jili club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date, and your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If any provision of these terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the rest of the terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
